请教下老师这句话中where 引导的是宾语从句吗，后面的to turn 该如何去理解和成分是如何剖析，谢谢老师！

where to turn = where to go

turn 和 go 有什么区别，turn （to）含有求助之意。因为 where 是疑问副词（在从句中叫连接副词），to 省去。又如：

Wedontknowwhattodo orwheretoturn. 大家不知干什么，不是往什么地方去。
